1. Introduction
Welcome to 180 Fitness Hub, a 24-hour fitness facility located at L5 Navigator Park, Mereside, Dorset, Dt5 1FU. By becoming a member or using our facilities, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Membership
Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 16 and over.
Family Membership plans can have two adults and two Children, the age limit is from 5 up to 17, children aged 5 to 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult member at all times, an adult will have to sign a waiver for children under 16. Minimum term 6 Months, after this ends you will be on a rolling monthly plan. if you wish to cancel after this a 30 day notice period will be required.
Contract memberships: Any Contract Membership cancelled within the contract period will incur a charge.
Types of membership: We offer various membership plans including One Day, One Week, Two Week, 12 Month contract membership, Monthly no contract, Joint Membership and Family Membership. we also offer an annual membership.
Membership Fees: Fees must be paid in full as per the membership plan selected. Prices are subject to change, with prior notice to members.
Cancelation and Refunds: Non Contract Members can cancel their membership with 30 days notice. Refunds are only available for annual memberships cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
Any Membership can be cancelled within 14days of sign up any cancelled outside of this period will incur a charge.
Suspensions/Freezes: Any Membership may be suspended/freeze under special circumstances such as: injury, illness or financial difficulties. (please contact a member of staff)
3. Access and Use
24-Hour Access: Members must use their unique QR Code in their members app to enter the gym facilities.
Guest Policy: Guests are only allowed with prior permission and may incur a guest fee.
Code of Conduct: Members must adhere to the code of conduct, including proper attire and respectful behaviour towards staff and other members. We have the right to cancel Memberships and will not offer refunds if policies are broke.
4. Health and Safety
Personal Responsibility: Members certify that they are physically fit and have consulted a physician before exercising. 180 Fitness Hub is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the equipment and facilities.
Safety Precautions: Members must adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the gym.
5. Equipment and Facilities
Usage Rules: Equipment must be used in accordance with instructions displayed in the gym. Report any faults to staff immediately.
Cleanliness: Members are required to clean equipment after use with the provided disinfectants and return weights to there appropriate places.
6. Liability
Personal Belongings: 180 Fitness Hub will not hold any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
Liability Waiver: Members waive any claims against 180 Fitness Hub for injuries or damages incurred while using the facilities, except those resulting from the gyms negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Data Collection: Personal data is collected and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
CCTV: The Gym premises are monitored by CCTV for the safety and security purposes.
8. Changes and Terms
180 Fitness Hub reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of changes via email or posted notices within the gym.
9.Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
